Structure and characteristics
The body of Eisen Flow Pumps, designed for durability, is constructed from rigid cast iron to ensure long-lasting performance. These pumps feature a mechanical seal that significantly increases the maximum submersion depth, making them resistant to high pressure. The semi-open impeller, made of high chrome alloy and paired with a wear plate crafted from ductile iron, guarantees superior durability, particularly in submersible slurry pumps applications.
Additionally, effective motor cooling is achieved through a discharge channel integrated into the motor housing. The top outlet design conserves space needed for installation. These versatile pumps accommodate discharge sizes ranging from 50mm (2'') to 150mm (6'') and are available in motor power options from 1.5kW (2HP) to 15 kW (20HP).
